Calling all visionaries, builders, investors, and optimistic people! The good news is the squatters have been removed from this one bedroom, one bathroom, 493 sq. ft. home! But you still have a crumbling foundation, a terrible floor plan and a cesspool that is rock hard! While this property won't be winning any beauty contests anytime soon, what it does have is: incredible views, great neighborhood, a rare 4-car garage, and potential for a future sewer hookup. Bring your creativity and vision. Fixer upper, sold as-is.
